Where applicable, and subject to the agreed terms of supply, consignments may be inspected prior to shipment by an independent third-party inspection organisation, such as SGS, to verify compliance with the agreed specifications.
Minexcon Solutions LLP, its partners, and authorised representatives shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, deterioration, or delay arising from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including force majeure events, or resulting from unauthorised dealings, instructions, modifications, or transactions undertaken by the client or any third party without Minexcon Solutions LLP’s prior written approval. This limitation also applies to any subsequent handling, storage, transportation, or alteration of the products that may affect their condition during transit or at the project site prior to installation, inspection, and formal handover.
